Quality Matters
The Quality Matters™ project, sponsored by Maryland Online, Inc. (MOL), has generated widespread interest and received national recognition for its peer-based approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement in online education.
Online Course Evaluation Project
The Online Course Evaluation Project (OCEP) has been created to provide distance learning administrators, instructors and course designers with a resource to explore the availability, quality, and completeness of online courses for higher education, Advanced Placement®, and high school. The EduTools project provides access and functionality to give users of this content an effective tool to search and compare course evaluations.
Michigan Community College Virtual Learning Collaborative
The guidelines identify the issues that faculty at Michigan community colleges should address when developing online courses to be offered through the MCCVLC. By appropriately addressing these guidelines all members of the MCCVLC can be assured that the Articulation Agreement can be utilized without additional scrutiny and all members are assured that the courses on the MCCVLC website are of the highest quality and provide exceptional learning experiences for their students.

Troy University
The Online Course Evaluation Rubric is the standard by which all online courses at Troy University are measured. Course evaluations are performed on a regular basis to ensure that quality and academic excellence is presented within the online environment via the Blackboard Course Management System.
Instructors must score a minimum of 80% in order to maintain their eligibility to deliver course material via Blackboard at Troy University. Failure to achieve the minimum required score will result in additional training that specifically addresses the areas of poor ability. A second course evaluation will then be performed so that the instructor will be able to retain their eligibility to use and deliver courses via the Blackboard Course Management System at Troy University.
